Our Covid-19 safe-guarding measures

 

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU SHOW SYMPTOMS OF COVID 19.

 

You will not be charged for cancellations if this is the case - we do ask you give as much notice as you can. Here is our new text line number for out of hours cancellations and appointment requests... 07931 730910 Thank you

 

  • FACECOVERINGS ALL CLIENTS are asked to wear a face mask during their hair service. One will be provided for you. 

 

  • PPE FOR US Our Team will also be wearing PPE for your protection and safety screens are at reception. All our team are trained in health and safety certifications and will be providing the utmost care in sanitising and protecting you and our environment.

 

  • PPE FOR YOU We have PPE kits for your safety and wellbeing. These include a mask, single use towels and gowns to ensure absolute cleanliness.

 

  • CLIENT SCREENING You will be asked a set of simple screening questions when you enter the salon.

 

  • SOCIAL DISTANCING We are opening extended hours and working in reduced teams so we can offer you our best service with plenty of space between our clients.

 

  • NO WAITING AREA There will be no waiting area in the salon - we ask you to wait outside the salon until we invite you in to ensure your safety and to adhere to the social distancing rules.

 

  • HAND SANITISING There are stations throughout the salon for your use - please use for your safety.

 

  • CLEANING We have added extra cleaning measures throughout the salon to ensure all surfaces, equipment and touch points are regularly sanitised.

 

  • PLEASE ATTEND ALONE So we can adhere to the strict social distancing rules please attend your appointment alone. Only essential chaperones are permitted at this time.

 

  • REFRESHMENTS Unfortunately our refreshment menu is limited to bottled water only at this time. We ask you not to bring in food or drink to maintain face covering effectiveness. Sorry!

 

  • YOUR CONSULTATION So we can see you and have a proper chat, we will offer you a virtual consultation prior to your appointment.

 

  • NEW PRICELIST Due to extra time, costs, products and equipment, we have introduced a new Reopening Price List. Your first appointment back with us will therefore see a small increase in charge. We have tried to keep this minimal to simply cover extra costs and, moving forward, as restrictions are lifted, we aim to lower the surcharges. Thank you for understanding
